The Box Tavern wasn’t built on theory—it was built on experience.
Owner-operator Jason Voit brings over 30 years in the hospitality industry, from running kitchens to leading teams and rising through the ranks of corporate hospitality at the highest levels.
At one point, he was exactly where he set out to be.
Then things changed.
Like a lot of people who’ve spent their lives in this business, the path wasn’t perfectly straight. There were setbacks, hard lessons, and a stretch that forced a reset.
And that reset turned into something better.
Instead of building success for someone else, it became about building something of his own—taking everything learned over decades and putting it into one place, one bar, done the right way.
What stood here before had potential.
Now it has purpose.
This isn’t a corporate concept or a cookie-cutter bar.
It’s hands-on, built day by day, shift by shift—with real accountability and real pride behind it.
